How to set a different billing or account user for invoices, reminders and payments

If a different person in your organization is responsible for invoicing and billing on your account you can request a change of "Billing User" on your account.


To do so please ask the billing user to use the link below to register an account and once they have done so you can send us an email requesting the account change.


The account change will occur from the next subscription expiry onward.


The new billing user will not have access to any trip data or information, however you can apply for our Corporate Subscription which offers the ability to report on business trips only to a central user.
